The Position: We’re looking for an Office Manager to lead a small Back Office team. You and your team will handle the day-to-day needs of the company, including the processing of signatures, contracts, invoices, schedules, event planning, CRM, and other needs as they arise. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be in charge of ensuring the quality of your team’s work is well within our high standards. You personally will be in charge of ensuring that everything in the office operates as intended, and that tasks involving multiple teams run smoothly and punctually.
